Today I am finishing 12 (yes, that is right - twelve...) new pillows for this weekend First Sunday at Annapolis Md. I've already cooked appetizers and Dessert for a dinner party tomorrow we are having with my best friend Jane and her beau, and done the laundry. What ever happened to that thought that being selfemployed meant long afternoons to sit in th sun, sip wine, and read Collette? I'm so far behind in my reading that I have to return books to the Library before I even crack the cover! I confess I am a bit of a work-a hlic when it comes to my passions, but I also truely just love the creating that I get to do. Somedays though, I REALLY DO want to lounge around and eat bonbons

Life is slowing down.. or at least it seems so. My partner and I just had a lovely long weekend (Memorial Day) that was spent idly working on new silk paintings, making pillows and doing taxes.

To this we've come.
